How much does an Airbnb changeover cost?
Studio changeover cleaning starts from £55. Your quote depends on property size, condition and the services required. Regular bookings and multi-property hosts can receive preferential rates; we confirm the price before you book.
Is linen included, or is it an add-on?
Changing your supplied linen and making the beds are part of the turnover. Hotel-quality linen and towel hire is an optional additional service, including fresh sets and used-linen collection.
Do you clean at weekends and on bank holidays?
Yes. We clean at weekends and on bank holidays. There is no extra charge for weekend cleaning, but a surcharge applies on bank holidays.
Can you help with a same-day or last-minute booking?
We do our best to accommodate urgent changeovers, subject to team availability and your property’s checkout and check-in times. Contact us to confirm a slot before relying on it.
How long does the clean take?
A studio or one-bedroom clean typically takes at least two hours. Timing depends on size, condition and the agreed checklist. For standard one- and two-bedroom properties, ask about the three-hour turnaround commitment when booking; larger properties need an agreed longer window.
Do I need to supply cleaning products and equipment?
Yes. Hosts provide the cleaning products and equipment at the property. Let us know about preferred or surface-specific products when we prepare your checklist.
Can you work with my booking calendar and keys?
We support Airbnb, Booking.com and property-management calendar coordination. Ask about integration during onboarding. KeyNest, key safes and other agreed access arrangements help keep repeat visits straightforward.
What is included in a turnover clean?
The agreed checklist covers bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces and hallways: surfaces, floors, bed making, linen changeover, bathroom presentation, bins and a pre-arrival check. Supplied toiletries and welcome items can be restocked, and you receive a completion photo report.
What if a guest leaves damage or an unusually dirty property?
We send photographs and flag visible damage or additional cleaning needs. Any extra time or cost is agreed with you before proceeding, rather than silently leaving checklist items unfinished.
Can you support more than one property?
Yes. We work with individual hosts and operators with portfolios of properties across London. Your schedule is planned around occupancy, property requirements and access arrangements.
How do I book, and what happens if something is missed?
Request a quote online or call us. Once the quote is agreed, we guide you through onboarding and your property checklist. If a clean falls short, contact us so we can arrange to put it right under the existing satisfaction guarantee.
