Can you clean a split-level flat or a whole house?
Yes, subject to availability and an agreed scope. Tell us how many floors, bedrooms and bathrooms are used by guests, including any basement rooms or internal stairs. Floor plans or a short room list help us allow the right time.
What if the number of guests changes between bookings?
Send the new bed configuration before the visit: which beds should be made, whether the sofa bed is needed, and the towel quantities. Leave the correct clean linen accessible, or arrange optional linen hire in advance.
Can you clean while I am away from London?
We can work from agreed access and property instructions and provide completion photos. Name a contact who can make decisions if access fails, supplies are missing or a visible issue needs attention. Photos do not replace a maintenance or safety inspection.
Are gardens, balconies and communal stairs included?
Do not assume they are included in the interior changeover. Tell us which additional areas you need cleaned so suitability, time and price can be agreed before booking.
Should I book more time after a longer stay?
Tell us the length of stay and any known concerns. A heavily used kitchen, extra laundry or a deeper reset can need additional time. We agree any extra work rather than treating every booking as identical.
Do you charge extra at weekends or on bank holidays?
There is no weekend surcharge. Bank-holiday cleaning is charged extra, with the price confirmed before booking. All visits depend on availability.
