How much does Airbnb cleaning in Shoreditch and Hoxton cost?
We quote for the actual property: its rooms, bathrooms, beds, condition and agreed tasks. Tell us the postcode, property size and preferred date. We explain the cleaning price, optional linen hire and any extra work before you book.
Can you look after a loft or a design led apartment?
Yes, subject to the agreed scope. We record your surface care instructions and preferred presentation, including items that should not be moved or treated. High level work, specialist restoration and delicate artwork cleaning are not assumed to be included.
Can you help with a one bedroom flat and just one bed to make?
Yes. We prepare the bed or beds needed for the booking. You do not have to use two linen sets at every changeover. If you choose linen hire, we discuss the order and delivery arrangement separately from the number of beds being made.
What if the property needs more than a normal turnover?
We can discuss a deeper starting clean or additional tasks when assessing the property. If unexpected conditions affect an agreed visit, we explain the impact on the scope, timing or price rather than treating substantial extra work as automatically included.
Do I need to meet the team at every visit?
No, once suitable access is agreed. We follow your key collection and closing instructions and send the agreed completion photos. Photos and visible issue reports support your oversight; they are not a technical property inspection.
Do you clean on weekends and bank holidays?
Subject to availability, yes. Weekends have no surcharge; bank holidays cost extra. The applicable price is confirmed for your dates before booking.
Can I enquire about full property management?
Yes. Full property management is available separately through our sister company. Mention this in your enquiry and we can discuss your requirements and introduce you to the team. It is separate from the turnover cleaning service described here.
