When sleeping, cooking and relaxing share one room, the finishing order matters. Tell us where clean linen belongs, which surfaces should stay clear and where the dining furniture goes after cleaning.
The flexible guest setup
A one-bedroom flat may need more than one bed prepared. Confirm whether the sofa bed is in use for the next booking, its linen size and whether it should be left open or folded away.
The flat above a shop
If your entrance sits beside commercial premises, share the residential doorway, bell label, floor and stair or lift access. A shop’s opening hours should not be the only way the cleaner can get inside.
Book by the beds

Guest numbers can change even when the apartment stays the same. A short setup note helps avoid an unused sofa bed being made—or an expected one being missed.
- Before the clean: confirm every bed to prepare, including sofa beds.
- For linen: specify the actual mattress size and quantities, not just the bedroom count.
- For the finish: share a reference photo if you have a preferred layout.
Our linen hire service accompanies turnover cleaning only, with a minimum of two sets. Each set includes a flat sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases and accompanying hand and bath towels. Delivery and collection are included in the linen rates; bed making is part of the turnover clean.
Plan around access.
Not just the booking calendar.
A guest’s train time or theatre booking is not the same as a confirmed check-in time. Tell us when the apartment will be empty and when it needs to be ready.
Before departure
Confirm checkout, the next bed setup and where linen and supplies will be waiting. Arrange the residential key or fob handover in advance.
During the turnover
Allow a realistic window for the property’s size and condition. If checkout is delayed or extra work is found, agree the revised plan rather than assuming the finish time is unchanged.
Before arrival
Review the completion update and any flagged issues. Confirm readiness before offering early access or asking arriving guests to drop bags inside.
Same-day changeovers are subject to availability and the agreed scope. Luggage storage, guest meet-and-greet and maintenance are not assumed parts of a cleaning booking.

How much does a Covent Garden turnover cost?
Your quote reflects the property’s size, bathrooms, beds to prepare, condition and agreed tasks. Linen hire and any additional work are confirmed separately. Send the basics in the form below; we confirm the scope and price before you book.
Can you prepare a sofa bed as well as the bedroom?
Include it in your booking brief, with the mattress size, linen location and whether it should be left open. Tell us when the setup changes for the next guest. Sofa-bed mechanisms and any special instructions should be explained before the first clean.
Can you work with a flat above commercial premises?
Yes, subject to agreed access and availability. Share the residential entrance, floor, stairs or lift arrangements and how the cleaner will collect and return keys. Access should not depend on an unconfirmed shop handover.
Can you restock toiletries and kitchen essentials?
We can replenish agreed items from the supplies available at your property and report low stock. Agree quantities, storage and any purchasing arrangements beforehand; toiletries and groceries are not automatically included in the cleaning price.
Do weekends or bank holidays cost more?
Weekend cleans have no surcharge. Bank-holiday cleaning is charged extra. Confirm your dates when requesting a quote; all bookings depend on availability.
Can I book linen hire without a clean?
No. Linen hire is available only with our Airbnb turnover service, with a minimum order of two sets. Sometimes urgent same-day linen orders can be accommodated at no extra charge, subject to emergency availability; please check before relying on this.
