Clean guest spaces
Agreed kitchen worktops, hob and sink, bathroom fixtures, accessible surfaces and suitable floors are cleaned. Waste is handled according to your property arrangements.
Living areas are returned to the presentation you have chosen, with cushions and furnishings arranged as agreed.
Ready beds and towels
Bed making is part of the turnover clean. We use your available clean linen or coordinate optional hired sets with the visit.
A studio or one bedroom flat is welcome. We prepare the beds needed for the booking, not an arbitrary number of sets.
The finishing touches
Agreed toiletries and guest essentials are replenished from available stock. We flag items running low so you can keep supplies in hand.
Completion photos and visible issue reports help you oversee the handover from wherever you are.

Do I have to be at the property to let the cleaner in?

Can you work between a checkout and the next arrival?
We assess the available window, cleaning scope and team availability before confirming the visit. Tell us the checkout and required completion time so we can agree a realistic plan. If timing or conditions change, we discuss the impact rather than promise a rushed result.
Do you help with small flats and one bed?
Yes. Studios and one bedroom flats are welcome. Bed making is included in the clean, and linen arrangements are discussed separately.
Are weekends and bank holidays available?
Subject to availability, yes. There is no weekend surcharge. Bank holidays cost extra, with the applicable price confirmed before booking.
What if I need help with full property management?
You can enquire about full property management through our sister company. Tell us what support you need and we can discuss an introduction. This is a separate service from the turnover cleaning described here.
